Have you ever sat there and wondered what you could do or say to someone to start up a conversation about iZigg? Have you ever been talking to someone and the entire time you are sitting there thinking of ways you could introduce this person to this awesome opportunity that you are a part of?
If you are like most people. the hardest part about a business is usually taking the initial step to get the conversation rolling. It is easy to talk to someone about iZigg and the great opportunity you have, but it isn’t always easy getting to that point where you can freely talk.

Here are just a few ways you can enter into that phase of conversation when the passion you have begins speaking for itself….
1.) Ask the person what they do for a living.
Whether you are talking to a stranger, or someone you have known for a long time, a great way to open up the conversation is to first ask them what they are currently doing for work. By asking this question, you are feeling out the situation a bit more. You are allowing for something to happen but you aren’t forcing it to happen. Once you ask this, you will have a better idea whether or not they are in a place to even consider trying something new. Maybe they are completely happy where they are at and their job is providing them with everything they could ask for. But if they seem a bit bummed out or discouraged or are looking for a way to have more independence, then this would be the time to step in and start telling them about your experience as an iZigg agent.
2.) Allow the other person to do the talking.
When you begin a conversation with someone, allow them to do all the talking to start. As humans, we LOVE talking about ourselves. Once they have had the chance to talk about themselves, they should be more open to hearing about you and your interests. Most conversations consist of what you do for work. So this would be the time to tell them what you do and why you love it so much.
3.) LISTEN!
When talking to someone, the number one thing you should be focused on is listening. If you do not listen and stay engaged in the conversation, the person is not going to listen to you when it is your turn to talk. It is important to show the person you are talking to that you truly want to hear them out. Brian always says ” You have 2 ears and one mouth, therefore listen twice as much as you speak.” This is something you should always remember, and apply to your conversations, even with strangers.
4.) Touch on elements of rapport.
While you’re listening, try to identify elements that you have in common with the person speaking. Then, during your conversation, touch on that element that you have in common. In doing so, you are building the foundation of a relationship with that person. In order for them to trust you and truly listen to what you have to say, you must first establish rapport with them. So focus on doing that before suggesting anything to them.
5.) Make a statement about mobile in general.
If you want to get the conversation rolling early on, the best thing you can do is ask them something in general about something mobile. Casually throw things out there like…
“Isn’t crazy that we now live in world that can’t leave the house with out having a cellphone in their pocket?”
“Can you believe that kids are now carrying around cellphones? It seems like everyone has a cellphone these days.”
“Do you ever go a day without looking at your cellphone?”
