After reading the majority of the comments below it's obvious that if you SHUT YOUR MOUTH and show the mCard, the video, 3way a Director to do the rest you can be successful. All I keep reading is " Businesses don't like MLM blah blah blah" WTF do you think a franchise is ?? I start a business and sell you the option to do the same type of business that I'm doing in your area!!! SAME DAMN THING! How do people find out it's MLM ? Because your talking when you shouldn't be! Say less to more people and get to know a director that will help you!!!

Another solution might be to ask the prospective business/business partner what exactly they mean by "is this MLM?"  By them asking is this MLM simply means they would like to know if it is MLM.  Anything wrong with that?  As Agents we get paid great money to help create customers, and effectively handling the MLM objection is one of those things.  How about finding out what the prospect does know about it, and asking them how they obtain new customers with their business?  Do they seek referrals from existing customers?  Do they reward customers for making referrals?  Do they know that they do not have to join the MLM program and can be just a retail customer?  Instead of hiding the fact, let's use it to our advantage.

I feel a lot of these questions can be easily answered if people just take a moment to search. It seems like everyone wants iZigg to provide EVERYTHING. Honestly, what more could you ask for? As far as the separate site issue, when you click on "Become and Agent" or "Buy our Products" at the top you are given to separate urls. You can go to bitly and edit those urls to a specific title. This will prevent potential clients from seeing the "MLM" style or wholesale/retail pricing. If you want to show them videos just download anyvideoconverter off the web. Find the video you want to share from youtube and paste the link in the program. This is allow you to download the video, allowing access to the videos without internet connection.

How about having all these sites in one website instead of going to 3 -4 different URL's.

What happened to comments on here?   Most are many months old.   Does anyone have printed material?   I keep getting asked for brochures, had to make my own business card etc.   I agree with below comments,  someone at Izigg should have these available.   Even getting the logo is a slow task.

We definitely need a webpage that does not push the MLM side in my opinion as well. Would be great to push people to the content we choose.

I have a potential customer who says that he can get do the type of advertising by purchasing an App on his iTouch phone.  Does anyone have any info on this app.  I would like to tell him why he should go with iZigg instead of this app but I can't find the app to learn a little bit about it.

Does anyone knowhow to add a user to make them able to send messages from their cell phone?  I follow the training video and I can't get it to work.  Also the trainvideo screen has different fields on it then I do..

Hi Wendi - Did you get an answer for your question?  In the Manage Tab click on users, then input the cell # of the person you want to add.  The screen will then ask you for the name etc - assign a password then click create.  On the same user page on the right is a drop down box - scroll to the Group you want to give access to then click add access.  To check - in the Manage tab go to user and put in the mobile # - you should see any groups the person has access to.  FROM the mobile phone og the user (making sure the to # is 90210) type nm (space) the group name (space) then the message, make sure the message doesn't go over 160 characters (the message won't get sent) then send - text barbaraski and call me if you need help - Good Luck!

I need to understand more about the msgs per month. if i have the iConnect it says that i have 3000 msgs per month. what it means this? that I can hold 3000 users in my database and I can send unlimited msgs? or if I have 3000 users in my database, i can send only one msg per month?

As I understand it, the number of messages per month refers to the number RECEIVED - so if you have 3000 users in your database, you can only send one msg per month.

I've asked this before and so have many others, but I have yet to see anyone in management respond...Why do we have both retail and wholesale on the same web page? I want to retail the izigg products, but do not know how to do so when the wholesale pricing is on the same page. Why would a business spend $1500 per month when they could simply buy the same product for $2500 a year wholesale? If the company truly wants to retail this product, give us a true retail site.

You can click Buy our products or Become and Agent and get two separate url links. Go to bitly and just edit the url. or while your talking to them..just pull it up on your laptop and click which u want to go to and just minimize until your ready to show them just pull up either retail or wholesale.

The retail pricing of $1500/m is for retail establishments and organizations which only want to use the product for their own business, they do not want to be involved in referring new customers and earning commissions.  Nor do they wish to build a business from it.  If a business owner will both use the service and participate in the business aspect of iZigg, they are able to become an agent by purchasing the Platinum Partnership, which gives them all of the benefits of the retail product at $1500/m.

I just joined but personally I am completely lost. I have watched all the videos on how too, but have yet to find 1 that helps with setting up a new customer for retail step by step. All I see is a bunch of stuff about personalizing my page and my m card or adding new agents. What are we selling, how do we approach it with our patential customers, and what are the costs? Who do they pay and how? I'm about ready to put a stop payment on my card. Customers enroll on your website by clicking "become a customer."  The retail pricing is listed in your Retail Product FAQ.  Creating a retail campaign is almost the exact same as creating your mCard and then creating/sending messages from it.

I would contact one of your upline sponsors and/or contact a co-founder to get help.

Download Anyvideoconverter  You can google it. This will allow you to copy youtube videos directly to your computer. You can also save them on a USB

I would Like to see an Agent Customizable Webpage for retail Sales and Client Access! Too many of the people I talk too See that it's Part of a MLM and get turned off! I have had a few successful sales of retail packages through my company business but I have had a few of them do a little research and learn about the fact that its Part of Izigg MLM and get discouraged. I love the retail aspects of Izigg, but would like to use it as a company system tool as well as building a Network team! but at the most keep both businesses separate but equal in importance!

I think a white box option would be great. Allows a way to maximize the retail side as well. I think this would be huge.

When will we we have a live support desk to answer questions? It's cumbersome to have to wait 24-48 hours (sometimes longer) for information that is needed now.

Can anyone list a few cities, school's or large chains that are using 90210. I'd like to share that info as I talk to others within my community. I will be signing our county's economic development office soon and am talking with the school district so this info would be extremely helpful. Thank you

Do we have the capability to update, change and send marketing messages via our mobile phones? I have a customer wanting to do this, however, when I attempt to login to beta.izigg.com on my blackberry browser I get nothing. Are there configurations beside activating Java Script that need to be addessed? I would think this would be a common requested.

You should be able to access the Mobile Dashboard from most smart phones, although it is not Mobile Optimized. You can also send directly from your phone as a text. The instructions are below:

How do I send a message from an administrator's phone?

First create a new text message on the phone that would be sent to 90210.
In the body of the message, type "nm" followed by a space.
Next, type the desired group's keyword.
Finally, type the desired message with a space between the keyword and hit send.

The main website is great for showcasing the product. The one request I have is to make sub-domains available to agents for that site, like we have for the more opportunity focused page.

Though I hate to admit this we do have to deal with it. Some people just plain look at "text marketing" in a negative manner. At times it's impossible to overcome. The fact that this is "permission based" does not always break down the barrier. I would sure like to see someone do an article on this as it's related to cold calls as well. Any suggestions?

Read the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Weekly, the New York Times, Mashable. Do a search of articles about what's current to share. (They are probably still advertising in the yellow pages.) Also, make certain that isn't YOU projecting onto them anything in your space. It's exciting to offer something this cutting edge! Anyone that is impossible to overcome isn't listening and I say MOVE ON, tell them to call you when they've done their own research. I've collected dozens of articles about how it's MAKING A DIFFERENCE for businesses. Remember, some people will always be negative; they will drag you down. There are lots of people out there LOOKING FOR YOU. GO FIND THEM!

It would be nice if there was a cheat sheet of how to's when we go from screen to screen
so we have the step by step on the screen when we are trying to .... create a keyword, or a group.
Also there is no explanation on how to create a Division, yet it is described in a few areas.

Maybe a Help Button on the top right so we don't have to leave our current screen for help.

I would like to see the home page changed to just promote the product, and having the agent site as a smaller link that leads to the info about becoming an agent. This way it doesn't confuse or deter the customers from buying the retail product. It becomes more of a turn off to some of these business owners to purchase the product when they feel it is a MLM business. I have had 3 business owners tell me this and it is frustrating.

This is and only will be a MLM company.  Izigg has to have a retail product to stay compliant with the powers that may be.  This is the way your upline will tell you to market your business.   This is the a business to business product.  The only way to be successful with the model is to find other people that come in and sell to other businesses.   My upline has disappeared and my sponsor is not even with the company any more after paying $2700!  Crazy huh?  Well I have brought on a few people at the platinum level that have done absolutely nothing!

If this is a truly viable business & not just an MLM pyramid scheme, then why aren't there marketing materials to leave with a business? Many clients do not have the time to go to a website, they are much more likely to refer to literature & promotional materials to refer to & to show their business partners. This has been my experience. The emphasis here is on building a downline with no support to build a clientele.

Hey Nick, text crystallott to 90210 and I'll show you a pretty cool addition that I had my graphic designer create. I haven't really talked to many people about it but you have a valid point & this was exactly my concern too. It's worked very well and it helps in selling.

are you kidding me? all they have to do is text your keyword for your mcard to 90210 and i'm sure business owners have smart phones, just show them that... then show them how to access the mobile card, take them to the link they can watch the videos from their phone.. but even if they don't at least get em to click on the stats... what more business tool do you need...

You can press the "P" button on the top right of your home web page and see the Press information. From there you can email it or download it as a PDF and send that to someone.

I felt the same way but soon realized the big picture is - if you have more reps working with you the retail will grow quicker. After learning more about our product I found it is easier to peak the interest of a business owner and to be able to get an appointment to give more information. Also I have found once they get it, they want to be an agent too.

First lets get the definition cleared up, Network Marketing is a business model and MLM is a compensation plan (MLM = multi level marketing)

iZigg is using Network Marketing as part of their business model, however they are not using the MLM compensation they are using a Binary Compensation Plan.

MLM vs Binary.
MLM - you recruit 10 people (5 friends and 5 family members) All go on your front line
All are competing for the rest of your friends or family to recruit them into their front line
because each line does not help the other lines so its a race to recruiting. Eventually like in most MLM type companies 97% don't make enough money so they jump from MLM to MLM.

That is why MLM leaves a bad taste in your mouth and as the expression goes, is that one of those pyramid things... (BTW most people don't even know what one of those thing are, they are just repeating what they heard someone else say) Most MLMs pay a percentage on each level from more to less as the levels goes down and usually stop paying after 5-7 levels. Yes some have an infinity plan but most will never get that far. With MLM you are constantly recruiting to make up for the drop outs.

MLM started way back and all compensations were done by hand so when the accountants did the math and they got to level 5 or 6 there were too many people to account for mathematically so they cut off the compensation there. There were no computers to figure it out.

Binary
Figure this the same 5 friends and 5 family members join your company in a binary plan you start to create teamwork as synergy develops. Here you build only two legs, you put 5 on your left and 5 on your right side.100% of the points created from the lower agents roll up helping everyone above, in fact they go clear to the top of the company with no depleation of value. So there is an incentive to help recruit your other friends and family because when they get placed below you in your organization no matter how far down everyone gets the points created on the side they are linked to the new agent. There is a major shift in mindset when synergy is created, everyone want to help everyone because we all win.

Yes this is a viable business if you keep learning and going forward building.

This was only about the residual side of the business, iZigg also has the matching bonus money you get 5 levels down from each of your personally sponsored agents.

If you don't know what MLM is you not not speak about it. That pay plan you refereed to is called a Uni Level and when done correctly is a better pay plan, it just doesn't create the same excitement. iZigg is MLM! Don't get me wrong, I love MLM and like iZigg. Just don't mislead people.

Absolutely correct. There should be a web site for retail and another for Sales. People are turned off immediately when the focus is more on getting agents than it is selling the product.

We have a site for just business. http://izigg.com. No www's if you put in www's then it takes you to the "become an agent" site.

This should be the other way around, it's easier to send someone in retail end to the www.izigg site. Just tell new agents not to use the w's.

I completely agree Nick. However that's why I send my retail customers to the company site only. Not my replicated site. I send prospective agents there. IMO the comp. site leans more toward the product than the business. I would like to see a better example(s) of how a retailer can see a benefit. Rather than relying on their imagination and agent explanation. As many retailers seem to base their decision solely on the website.

The only concern with that might be that they order from the company site and you don't get credit for it. Or is there a way they can order from there and you still get credit for the sale?

I agree with Nick, we need another site for retail. Many clients get turned off by the thought of MLM or Network Marketing. If we had a site that was geared just for retail it would make it easier to promote without having to explain "its not just MM".

I agree. The majority of my clients will be retail that are using my advertising. Many of them would turn into more, as business owners network together, but in networking MLM's are a huge turn off to private owners. I already had a gentleman deny based on the pressure to sale.

What happened to the "compensation plan" website. It was not working and now it is gone. Please help as people need to see this in order to sign up as agents.

Suggestion: When doing any training video tell "Why" as well as how to use the feature.

I agree....what would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL is if the videos were set up into a step by step format that walks you through setting up your first campaign. The way it is set up now, you really have to understand what each item means in order to know if you need to click on it to get it set up.

I have someone running for Town Council and would like to use the iZigg platform as part of her campaign. Does anyone have any creative ideas on how she can get folks to opt in?

Promoting her name on her signs, TV or Radio or print ads, etc. would be the same for pretty much anyone / business doing advertising.

Have her add the opt-in info to all current pro otional info and announce it at all rallys. This is a great way to let people when/where rallys will be hed!

Did you get an answer? Go into your Dashboard, Go to Manage, under Organization choose your Division (not Group), on the right side under Division Access you will see "Website Subscription Widget Admin Show (+)". Click on it and from there you can modify it to look the way you want it to look. The sample link will appear under the "Website Subscription Widget Admin Hide (-)". On the very bottom will be the code you copy and paste into your or your clients website. Hope this helps.
